Staff were exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcomed at every turn. Had a great time with friends! The hotel is close to Port Sultan Qaboos and Muttrah Corniche, great spots to explore. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, and the cleanliness is commendable. Staff were friendly, and the roof terrace pool was a nice plus!

One downside was the laundry service. they lost some of my clothes, which was frustrating.
